Advising Appointments
Academic advisors will help map your education
If you are a new student who has applied and been accepted to Butler, you will need to meet with an advisor before you can enroll. You will discuss your academic interests and degree or certification plan and choose classes for your goals.
Appointments can be made on most Mondays and Fridays except during college holidays. In order to schedule an appointment online, you must know either your student ID number or Social Security Number. Advisors are available on a walk-in basis Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday to assist students.
The minimum appointment time is 30 minutes; however, the length of your appointment will depend on your status as a new or returning student and on the purpose of your appointment.
If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you must reschedule or will be considered a walk-in and will have to wait to see the next available advisor.
