Making an already affordable education even more manageable.

Everyone at Butler is fully committed to your success and that includes our Accounts Receivable department. We’ve made it easy to pay your bill through our online Payment Center in Pipeline. You can also view your account activity there and even select a payment plan to fit the cost of your education into your budget.

Viewing your Bill

  1. Log into Pipeline.
  2. Click the Pay My Bill button above Student Quick Clicks.
  3. Select the information you wish to view. Choices include Current Account Status, Statement and Term Balances. 

Paying your Bill

  1. Log into Pipeline.
  2. Choose Student Payment Center from the Student Quick Click dropdown menu.
  3. Locate the "My Account" panel and choose the green Make A Payment button to proceed with payment options. 

Enrolling in a Payment Plan

Make smaller payments throughout the semester instead of one large payment by signing up for a payment plan!
You may sign up online or in person as soon as you enroll. Equal payments continue through the last month of the semester. Special plans are available for military and housing students. Ask Accounts Receivable for details.

  1. Log into Pipeline.
  2. Choose Student Payment Center from the Student Quick Click dropdown menu.
  3. Choose the "Payment Plans" tab at the top of the page. 
  4. Now click on the "Sign Up For a New Payment Plan" link, select your term and click "Go".
  5. Select the plan you want and click "Select".
  6. Continue to follow the instructions through the payment at the end of the payment process.

We also have a process for establishing third-party contracts with businesses and employers who want to pay tuition and fees on behalf of an employee or client. If you are eligible for Veterans Benefits, you may want to learn more about Military Tuition Assistance.
