When making any payment on your account, you will need to provide your name and Butler student ID.
From outside the United States:
- Online payment via Flywire, such as bank wire transfers or debit/credit card payments in home country currency
From within the United States:
- You can pay in person at an Accounts Receivable office at Butler of Andover or Butler of Eldorado. Cash, card, or check (from a bank in the United States) are accepted
- Call Accounts Receivable office at 1-316-322-3181 to pay over the phone using a credit card.
- Online through your Pipeline account, click “Pay My Bill” to access the Student Payment Center (the $75 admission processing fee cannot be paid through the Pipeline account)
Processing Fee
Butler requires a non-refundable $75 USD processing fee for all admitted F-1 international students. This includes all applicants overseas and transfer students from other institutions. The non-refundable processing fee must be received before a student's admission documents will be processed and a Form I-20 can be issued from Butler. See the Methods of Payment above for guidance on paying the fee.
Tuition and Fee Payments
Tuition, fees, and other charges are always due at the beginning of each semester. Late payments are subject to late fees. Monthly payment plans are available, and can be arranged through the Accounts Receivable office. If student bills are not paid, a hold will be placed on the student’s account that may prevent future enrollment, schedule changes, and transcript orders, which may negatively affect the student’s visa status.
