ID3D Fast Track

Interactive and 3D 'Fast Track'

Earn your Interactive, Digital  and 3D Technology associate degree in 24 Weeks!

The Interactive, Digital and  3D Technology “Fast Track” allows you to earn your associate degree in interactive, digital and 3D technology in only 24 weeks. The Fast Track is a highly intensive version of Butler's traditional, 60-credit hour Interactive, Digital and 3D (ID3D) program, and is packed into three, eight-week sessions. This focused-delivery method places the degree in your hand sooner.

To earn your degree, you take face-to-face classes — sometimes up to eight hours a day — as well as some online courses. You also work with a team of fellow students who share your passions. Through the ID3D Fast Track you work alongside experienced faculty who guide you every step of the way while you earn a degree in Game and Simulation Development, while gaining industry credentials in Photoshop, 3D Studio Max and Unity Game Engine at the same time.

Steps to get into the program:

  1. Apply
  2. Meet with ID3D Faculty member Darryl Runyan
  3. Meet with an Advisor and Enroll

Build Your Industry-Ready Skills

In the fall, you take the other two eight-week sessions to complete the general education classes needed to earn your AAS degree. Successful students approach this schedule like a job, working 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.  Monday through Friday.
