Fine Arts & Communication Scholarships

Art scholarships are available in a variety of amounts as cash endowed scholarships payable toward your tuition. Students applying for Art Scholarships must have earned at least a 2.0 GPA in their most recent semester.  To register for an interview, you'll need to fill out the online registration form on the Fine Arts and Communication Scholarships page. Your interview and portfolio review will take place in the Spring prior to your year of entry.  To prepare for your interview, follow the information below.

For your Interview:

You will meet with and present a portfolio of 8 to 10 original artworks to the Butler art faculty. You must register online on the Fine Arts and Communication Scholarships page prior to attending the portfolio review day. During the portfolio review, while not meeting with the faculty committee, you will be engaged in studio activities. Wear clothes suitable for drawing and working with clay.
