Food Science Technology

Butler’s Food Science Technologies program teaches you will learn how raw agricultural products are converted into processed foods. Whether these foods go directly from industry to table, or to the freezer or can, these products must undergo basic food science technology, including biological, chemical and engineering principles. Learn your food science foundation in two years and take these principles anywhere.
